• Returned products must reach us within 7–10 days of initiating the return.

2. Reverse Pick-Up Charges
• For Exchange (Size/Other Reason):
A ₹150 reverse pick-up fee applies per exchange order, regardless of the number of items.
• For Returns:
A ₹150 deduction will be made from the refund as reverse shipping fee, per order—not per item.

3. Pick-Up Attempts & Service Availability
• Pick-up will be attempted twice.
• If pick-up fails, customers must self-ship to our warehouse.
• Reverse pick-up is subject to pin code serviceability.

4. Refunds & Store Credit
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a store credit (gift card) will be issued to your registered email/contact.
• COD/Prepaid Orders will be refunded as store credit.
• Store credits are valid for 1 year.

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging).
• Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
